If you don’t enjoy training, it might not be your body that’s the problem. It’s the way you’ve learned to push yourself.

It’s not a lack of discipline or motivation. It’s because you’ve learned to SURVIVE effort, not to inhabit it. This program is for those who don’t train yet, as well as for advanced athletes. No matter the practice — gym, yoga, running, swimming, CrossFit.


ONE teaches you how to feel safe in intensity.

Over 8 weeks, you learn to use effort as a tool for awareness — building presence, stability, and inner freedom, even when things get hard.

The ONE journey, week by week

Over 8 weeks, you develop a deep capacity to stay calm under pressure, become stronger in your body, more connected to your breath, and more confident in who you are. 

Each week includes

 

  Each week, you are guided through a structured, supportive, and progressive space designed to train consciousness through experience.  

 

  • 1 group Zoom call (2 hours)
    A space for presence, teaching, and group integration.
  • Focused teaching
    To understand what is happening in your body, mind, and nervous system in moments of effort and intensity.
  • 1 guided meditation (recorded)
    To cultivate presence, grounding, and clarity.
  • 1 breathwork session (recorded)
    To regulate the nervous system and release accumulated tension.
  • A consciousness practice applied to effort
    Clear reference points to observe, feel, and stay present during effort — regardless of your practice (gym, yoga, running, swimming, or daily life). No workouts are imposed.
  • A space for sharing and Q&A
    To integrate, clarify, and move forward together.

Pratice and community

In ONE, you don’t walk this path alone.
You train alongside a group of committed humans navigating similar edges — and choosing to evolve together.

As in training, the collective energy of the group strengthens presence, consistency, and conscious self-transcendence.

About Kim

''What would love do?''

 

Kim has been practicing CrossFit for over 10 years.
An intense and demanding practice that naturally led her to push her limits, step outside her comfort zone, and meet effort — again and again.

Over time, she realized that the real challenge was not only physical.
It was the way the body, the mind, and the nervous system respond in moments of intensity.

As a CrossFit coach, she now supports people through movement — but also through what happens internally when effort becomes uncomfortable.

Certified in breathwork since 2013, and again in 2024, Kim has maintained a consistent daily practice of meditation and breathwork for many years.
These practices have become essential tools for regulating the nervous system, cultivating presence, and transforming the relationship to discomfort.

Kim does not claim to love pain, nor to seek discomfort for its own sake.
But she can honestly say that she has become increasingly comfortable staying with discomfort — without avoiding it, tightening against it, or losing herself.

This is exactly what she transmits through ONE:
a way of using the body and effort as a training ground for consciousness, so that stability, clarity, and confidence can emerge — both in training and in life.
